” If You Look For Perfection You’ll Never Be Content.” ~ Leo Tolstoy
Let’s Blog Over Chasing Perfect…
It’s hard to realize or admit that we’re chasing perfection sometimes, but we’ve all been there, and a lot of us fall in that trap from time to time.
Chasing perfect makes us measure our worth to other people’s worth. It makes us feel average or insignificant. Chasing perfect will make you believe that you’ll never be content or successful! Chasing perfect makes us believe we’re bad moms, bad wives or bad friends or that we don’t have enough. Enough fun, enough friends or enough adventures. Chasing perfect makes us do unreasonable things. — And in my opinion (not just mine for sure!) one of the most unreasonable things that you can do is to not appreciate or realize how great you are!
What if ending the chase and living on purpose means intentionally leaning into what might feel imperfect?
So are you ready to take on this week or what?
