“Leather, High Heels, & A Bad Attitude. Here I Come.”
Let’s Blog Over My Favorite Leather Pants…
Now that it’s a bit chilly outside, it’s definitely the perfect time to invest in a pair of leather or even faux leather pants or leggings. This is a trend, and staple that never fails, and I always keep at least two pairs of them in my closet. You can style these pants with with the coziest sweaters – or wear tailored pieces for a more elevated look.
I’ve been keeping at least two pairs of these in my wardrobe since high school. They are such a universal style and they fit skinny so you can definitely wear them at any time. Dress it up and get edgy with a cute t-shirt and some kicks, wear them to work with a cute blouse and blazer, or even make it a date night with a sexy body suit and a pair of heels. 😉
My cousin had an amazing dinner at Perry’s and I must say – I’ve definitely forgotten just how amazing this establishment is. I hadn’t been there in so many years, and honestly never thought twice about going again. I usually steer clear from chains. I am so happy I went. I had the best meal, and the absolute best time.
I started off my dinner with Maine Oysters (I only do east coast), and the Steak Tartare. Both incredibly delicious. The oysters were so fresh, and went perfectly with accompaniments served with it. Steak Tartare is always a good idea. Almost any tartare is really. Tartare is raw meat that’s simply seasoned and brought together with other ingredients. It’s usually topped with a raw egg. When brought together correctly it hits all the notes. When it’s wrong… it’s just wrong. Perry’s did it right.
For my main course I opted for the lamb chops. Coffee Crusted, with a Truffle Merlot Demiglace. Definitely making this for my husband.
I started off with Champagne and St. Germain. Definitely garnished with some berries.
I ended the night with a beverage called The Godfather (as pictured above). Right up my alley since I’m The Godfather Mamí! 😉
Don’t sleep on Perry’s. It was the best dining experience. Check out my stories on Instagram to check out my experience
